It seems like a small miracle that Trump did not blow the world up in 2017. Deep-down, however, Trump remains a menace to democracy.

There is little comfort in learning that he is minimally aware of the magnitude of what his job entails.
Not only is he an unrepentant racist, he is unable to learn about what he does not know.
